Service terms

These terms are between Devumediatech ("we") and you, the client. By paying for a plan, you agree to the following.

1. Service

We manage your Google Business Profile as described in the plan you chose: we draft and post owner replies to your Google reviews, keep your hours and profile details as you've confirmed them, and on the Profile Growth plan publish posts, photos and Q&A answers using only information and photos you provide.

2. Authority

You authorize us to post replies on your Google Business Profile as a Manager. You remain the owner of the profile and its content, and can revoke our access at any time.

3. Approvals

Replies to reviews of 3★ or below, and all replies in the first 14 days, are posted only after your approval. If we don't hear back within 72 hours, the reply is not posted.

4. What we don't do

We never write, buy, or post reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or filter which customers are asked for reviews. We don't add keywords to your business name, use addresses where you don't serve customers, or post photos that aren't of your business. We don't promise search rankings. You agree not to ask us to.

5. Your information

You're responsible for the accuracy of the hours, offers, prices and photos you give us. We change your business name, address, primary category, phone or website only with your written OK.

6. Fees

Plans are billed monthly in advance. There are no refunds for partial months. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid month.

7. Confidentiality

We use your information only to provide the service.

8. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim. We're not responsible for Google's moderation, ranking, or removal decisions.

9. Law

These terms are governed by Texas law.
