Privacy policy

Devumediatech ("we") is a Google Business Profile management service run by the Devumediatech team. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Audit requests: when you fill in the free audit form, we receive your name, business name, Google Maps link or address, email, and anything optional you add (phone, language, message).
• Clients: to manage your profile we work with the business details, photos and approvals you send us, and the reviews and information already public on your Google Business Profile.

How we use it

• To prepare your audit and email it to you.
• To provide the service you've signed up for, and to contact you about it.

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by a form service. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests for up to 12 months, and client records for as long as you're a client plus any period required for tax and accounting.

Your choices
